Push Ups

Building strength is a cornerstone of any solid fitness program. Increasing lean mass doesn't always mean big, bulky muscles. It will, however, help you to move through life more easily, as well as speed up your base metabolism to help lose fat and keep it off.

Kettlebell Workout

Build muscle stamina and create optimal cardio-respiratory fitness. Conditioning workouts will help you to have more energy to last longer doing all the things you love to do.

You can't out-train a poor diet! Your trainer will work with you on making great food choices and tracking your nutrition. This can be an eye opening experience, even for those of us that believe we are already eating well.
