that purchases a monthly membership, you earn $50 in membership credit — $25 for you and $25 for your friend.

Two Saturdays per month
One of the best ways to try out boot camp is at one of our Bring a Friend Days. Classes meet at 8:30am, so it’s not as difficult as getting your friend out of bed for a 6am class.
Make a full morning of it by planning to visit the Piedmont Park Green Market (just steps away from where we meet) for coffee and breakfast afterward.
Get your shoes dirty with us!
When you bring a friend to class, their first visit is always free. However, one class isn’t always enough to decide if boot camp is a good fit.
With our 2-week trial, you’ll get to experience several classes as well as meet more of our great members before making a commitment to join as a member.
