I’VE NEVER DONE A BOOTCAMP BEFORE. WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST CLASS?

You should expect to get a great workout, meet some new people, and have fun! Our bootcamp coaches will help you learn the ropes, and will show you how to scale movements if you are unable to do something (yet!). We do a lot of partner and team workouts, so you always have a support system cheering you on!


WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO BOOTCAMP?

You should bring a water bottle, a yoga mat or towel, layers of clothing if it’s chilly out, and a positive attitude!


DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL CLASS SO I CAN SEE IF I WANT TO JOIN?

Yes! You can drop in on a Saturday morning bootcamp class to try it out.
